The Pine Ridge Civic Association is led by a dedicated group of volunteer residents who give their time and expertise to guide our community. From maintaining the character of our neighbourhood to organising events and addressing resident concerns, the board works to ensure Pine Ridge remains a welcoming and well-run place to live.
Elona has been a Pine Ridge resident since 2015 and served on the PRCA board for eight consecutive years before being elected president in the spring of 2025.
She is an entrepreneur with a focus on technology and real estate, holding a graduate degree from the London School of Economics. Her career and education have taken her across three continents and several countries before she and her family chose Naples as their permanent home.
Elona, her husband, and their two children enjoy the vibrant lifestyle Pine Ridge offers and are dedicated to preserving the neighborhood’s unique character, beauty, and sense of community.

Originally from upstate New York, Leyna Rock has called Naples home for nearly two decades. Together with her husband Joey, she’s raising three children and embracing the beauty, warmth, and community spirit that make Naples such a special place to live. Whether traveling or enjoying local favorites, Leyna is passionate about creating lasting memories with her family and celebrating the lifestyle that Southwest Florida offers. With deep roots in the area and a genuine love for connecting with others, Leyna brings heart, experience, and authenticity to everything she does. She is excited and honored to serve on the Pine Ridge board, where she’s passionate about fostering a sense of connection and camaraderie among neighbors. Her goal is to help strengthen the community by encouraging involvement, communication, and shared pride in the place we all call home.

Lori Ann Cancelleri has been a resident of Pine Ridge Estates since early 2022. She retired in 2016 as a partner at a prominent investment firm based in Philadelphia. Now a full-time artist working out of her studio, Lori paints visually creative portraits and designs one-of-a-kind story telling collages using paper cuttings and recycled fabric.
Ross Edlund has lived in Pine Ridge since 1998. He and his wife, Noreen raised three children in Pine Ridge. Now retired, Ross and Noreen founded and operated Skillets restaurants, with six locations in the Naples/Bonita area.
