The PRCA is a volunteer-run civic association that connects neighbors and preserves the integrity of Pine Ridge through safety initiatives, community events, local advocacy, and regular updates.
Membership is open to Pine Ridge residents by paying annual dues (e.g., $50 per household). These dues help fund community events, safety initiatives, and communication efforts.
PRCA keeps everyone informed via their website, email alerts, and Nextdoor. They also host monthly meetings featuring guest speakers and send out reminders through these channels.
Monthly meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month (refreshments at 6:00 PM, meeting starts at 6:30 PM) at Covenant Presbyterian Church on Trail Blvd. There’s also an Annual Meeting typically in February.
Members get access to password-protected meeting minutes, resident and business directories, access to events and the ability to add them!
Members receive updates on key neighborhood initiatives—like sidewalk development, stormwater management, and tree trimming—and can help advocate and volunteer through PRCA’s committees.
No. PRCA is a voluntary civic association run by resident volunteers. While it doesn’t enforce covenants, it works collaboratively with county agencies to address neighborhood concerns (e.g., tree trimming, swale maintenance) and share guidance for new or ongoing home construction.
